Duane is a person who listens to hear and not to respond.  He hears to see you. So many times my words say one thing but mean so much more.  He is able to see through to the heart.  

Duane uses the the term “1% better”.

He is realistic in that most change does not occur over night. But he is there to encourage and speak openly and honestly to keep you on course.  His honesty truly is a gift.
