Knowledge changes what you know. Community changes what you actually do. Group coaching brings both together.
Most of us don’t lack information. We’ve read the books, heard the sermons, and know what we should probably do. What’s missing isn’t another insight. It’s someone walking it out beside us.
The gap between knowing and becoming almost always closes faster with people in it. There’s something that happens in a small, honest group that can’t be replicated one-on-one: you realize you’re not the only one, you hear yourself say things out loud that you’ve never said, and you watch other people take steps that make your own next step feel possible.
Same coaching. Same tools. But with multiplied accountability, shared wins, and people who actually get what you’re walking through.
Each group works through a focused arc together, using the same frameworks I use in individual coaching: the Learning Circle, the Four Stages of Learning, the Belief Assessment, and others from the Toolbox. The tools are the entry point. The real work happens in the conversation they open up.
Each session builds on the last. We’re not covering topics for the sake of it. We’re tracking real change across the arc of eight weeks.
Half of what happens in a good group comes from the people in it. Everyone brings a different angle on the same journey.
It’s harder to stay stuck when three to six people know what you said you were going to do. That’s not pressure. It’s partnership.
Every session works with something you can actually use: not just ideas to think about, but frameworks that change how you see and what you do.

You already know something needs to change, but knowing it hasn’t been enough. You do better when you’re not trying to do it alone. You’re willing to be honest in a small group of people on a similar journey. And you’re ready to actually show up for eight weeks, not just think about it.
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a support group. It’s a focused coaching experience with a small, committed group of people who are serious about growing.
Duane is both safe and challenging. He really listens, and integrated my concerns into our growth plan, so I made progress in what I needed AND what I wanted. I don’t hesitate to recommend Duane as a coach/counselor for both men and women. I’ve seen him work with both.
Duane provided a safe and comfortable place to explore and express myself in new ways. His profound respect created an atmosphere of feeling heard even in an extremely difficult situation. He provided incredibly empathetic and respectful boundaries as a counselor and mediator.
Reach out and tell me a little about where you are and what you’re hoping for. I’ll follow up to share what’s available and whether a group is the right fit.
